Richard Spencer is wanted for Home Invasion (Felony) and Battery of a Dating Partner (Misdemeanor). Bond is $35,000.
On July 6, Spencer entered the home of the victim without authorization. Once inside the residence, he committed a battery upon the victim, leaving her with minor injuries. Spencer fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival.
