Letter: A Decade of Gratitude

As I reflect back to September 1st, 2015, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. To every single customer, team member, friend, and family member who has helped us reach this milestone, I say Thank You!

To My Family

Lyndzee, you have been the sounding board for all my dreams—my constant support, my voice of reason, and sometimes, the kick in the pants I need. Thank you for the sacrifices you made to allow me to pursue my dreams.

To my favorite little humans, Miles, Miller, and Mikah—I love you. There is no greater satisfaction in the world than being your dad. I remember rushing home on game nights with Popeyes mashed potatoes for Miles to eat in the stands. Miller was born just 16 days after the office opened, and I had no clue how to balance a newborn and a new business. Mikah, you came into this world with a bang and haven’t slowed down since! I hope and pray you never question how much I love each of you.

Thank you, Jesus, for your ultimate sacrifice and for allowing me the opportunity to work with and serve amazing customers. The blessings bestowed upon me and my family are far greater than I deserve.

To My Incredible Staff

Rachel, Trusten, Cheyenne, Ted, and Tucker—you are not just team members; you are family. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to our customers, both long-term and new. Thank you for tolerating my off-the-wall ideas and sporadic behavior. The success of our office is a testament to your hard work. To every team member who has been part of this journey, you have been the driving force behind a decade of success.

Gratitude to State Farm and Mentors

Thank you, State Farm, for the incredible opportunity to represent a company I truly believe in. While nothing is perfect, I know that State Farm strives to do the best for every customer and be a Good Neighbor

To Mickey Walker, who saw potential in me and gave me a chance to learn this business—your compassion and care for people have been an inspiration. Doing what’s right for the customer is the key to success, and you were right then, and you are still right today!

Community Appreciation

To Minden, LA—thank you for accepting me and embracing my dreams. From Shreveport Road to Main Street, this journey has impacted my life in ways words do not do justice. Minden’s nickname, “The Friendliest City in the South,” is so fitting. Just last week, when I needed a helping hand, you showed up for me. This is only one example of the many ways you’ve supported me over the past ten years.

To Our Valued Customers

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. I hope our relationship means as much to you as it does to me. I know there are many options out there, but your choice to stay with us is deeply appreciated.

Join Us in Celebration

Please join us on Friday, September 5th to celebrate this milestone. Stop by if you can—I cannot say thank you enough to everyone who has been a part of this journey.

With gratitude,
