Psalm 118:24
This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
This verse expresses joy and gratitude for God’s provision.
This reminds us to focus on the blessings of the present day and to be thankful for this day!
Today is a good day to have a good day, because the Lord allowed us to see this beautiful, blessed day that wasn’t promised to us.
We should always be grateful to God.
I will admit some days are challenging with all the trouble going on in our world today, but we must know without a shadow of doubt that God is sovereignty and that every day is a blessing.
In this life, we will experience some unexpected circumstances, but we still must trust God and keep our faith in him.
God is our hope today and our hope for tomorrow.
Some days, you may feel disappointed, but even then, we should always be grateful to God for who he is and thank him for allowing us to see another blessed day.
Our attitude determines our day. Today is a good day to have a good day..Why? Because we are blessed to be here.
Many don’t count their blessings because they are so focused on the problems.
We all have problems, and no one is exempt. It rains on the just as well as the unjust. It’s up to us. We should trust God and be thankful that all is well.
We shouldn’t worry about tomorrow, but trust God.
Worrying about tomorrow will rob you of your peace today. Each day has enough problems of its own to deal with.
This is the day which the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.
Never let someone’s negative attitude ruin your day.
Attitudes can be contagious; positive or negative!
We should try our best to have a positive attitude, even in a negative situation.
We should rejoice and be glad in it! This is the day that the Lord has made.
If we are not careful, we can allow our circumstances from yesterday to distract us from being thankful for today.
We have to tell ourselves, This joy I have the world didn’t give it to me, and the world can’t take it away.
We have to tell ourselves, I refuse to let the devil distract and discourage me. I choose JOY…..The joy of the Lord is my strength.

God is good! Give thanks to God for he is good. His mercy endures forever.
Be thankful for what he has done, doing, and is going to do. Give God glory and praise even in the small things.
(Example:) I was not feeling my best right before I started vacation. My daughter said to me I have made the reservations. My husband also said all is well.
I just wanted to stay home and lay down, but I pushed pressed and prayed my way. I didn’t allow my circumstance’s to stop me from being thankful and enjoying the day.
Today is a good day to have a good day in spite of life’s challenges. Jesus is our hope!

Prayer: Lord, we thank you for your grace and mercy. Forgive us for our many sins, knowing and unknowing. Help up to be thankful and grateful no matter what we experience in life. In Jesus’ name, Amen .
