A cooling unit circuit board inside a closet was the alleged culprit of a call to Minden Fire Department around 9:15 p.m. Thursday. The department was called to Webster Manor Apartments on Bayou Avenue. When they arrived, there were no visible flames and very little damage to the apartment.
