The Young Women’s Service Club (YWSC) of Minden has officially opened registration for the 2025 Little Miss Minden and Miss Heart of Minden Pageant, inviting local children and teens to participate in one of the community’s most beloved annual traditions.

The Little Miss Minden titles are open to participants ages 0–18 and are designed strictly as local titles – winners do not advance to compete at Miss Louisiana. Organizers emphasize that this is a natural pageant, with judging based on natural beauty and presentation rather than glitz and heavy stage makeup.

Registration is set at $40, with families receiving $5 off for each additional child they enter. To be eligible, participants must be Webster Parish residents or students.

In addition to the Little Miss categories, registration is also open for the Miss Heart of Minden division, open to girls ages 15–18. Contestants in this category will compete exclusively in formal wear, and the winner will receive a $250 cash prize. The Miss Heart of Minden titleholder will also serve throughout the year as a representative of the YWSC, attending events and supporting community initiatives.

The pageant is expected to draw strong participation from across Webster Parish, with organizers encouraging families to register early.
