Bolt, available for adoption through LaMa Animal Rescue in Sarepta, is a two-year-old 60-pound neutered male.
Bolt is neutered and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccines, on flea/tick & heart worm prevention.
From our volunteer Hillary, who took him to Tractor Supply on a date: “Bolt is so sweet! He is gentle, calm, and affectionate. He loved meeting new people and wanted everyone to pet him. He has a natural confidence that makes him a great companion.”

To schedule a meet-and-greet, you must fill out an application first. If you have pets, they need consistent records of vaccinations and prevention to be considered.
We do not cat or kid test at our shelter. All dogs are dog-friendly unless otherwise noted. Please only commit to adoption if you are willing to give the dog time to adjust to a home life – some dogs have been in our shelter for more than a year.
