Early voting ends tomorrow (Saturday, June 20) for the June 27 primary runoff election.

“As of closing yesterday evening, we had 730 early voters including in person and by mail,” said Angela Hall, Webster Parish Registrar of Voters.

On the parish-wide ballot is a Sales & Use Tax proposed by Webster Parish School Board. (See below.)

Town of Sarepta is requesting authorization to levy and collect a 2.50 percent sales and use tax to pay for capital improvements.

The U.S. Senate run-off is also taking place – republicans and democrats.
