A Minden man missing since Sunday morning was seen by a citizen early Monday. He is now at his brother’s home and is safe. Police thank everyone for their help.

Minden police are seeking the public’s assistance to locate a man reported missing since early Sunday morning.

Walter Loud, 42, was last seen around 6 a.m. Sunday leaving the Exacta Inn. Loud is six feet tall and weighs 130 pounds.

When he was last seen, he was wearing a black T-shirt, black and gray shorts and black shoes. He is believed to have left the Exacta Inn on foot.
