Intake # 26179 “Astra” female German shepherd mix, approximately 3-4 years old.
Astra is heartworm positive and will need a plan in place to treat her heartworms. She is a very sweet girl, but has had a rough start to her life. She came in 20+ lbs underweight; she was covered in fleas and had flea dermatitis. That has been taken care of, but her hair is thin from neglect and will take time to grow back.

Available for rescue through 501c3 group or approved adoption (MUST fill out application for adoption)

She is fine with other dogs and cats, but really doesn’t pay them much attention. She just wants all the treats and human attention.
