Three Minden men have been charged with cruelty to juveniles as the result of a physical confrontation at a local business parking lot Friday night.
Chief of Police Jared McIver said the three apparently punched and kicked the female victims repeatedly in the incident which occurred in the 1700 block of S. Talton St. around 9:45 p.m.
Officers reportedly viewed surveillance footage from the business which showed the fight.
Charged in the incident are 18-year-old Bobby Dewayne Crew, 19-year-old Devon LaRobert Porter and 20-year-old Derrick Porter, Jr. All three are currently being held at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center where each faces a $5,000 bond.
This information has been provided by a law enforcement agency as public information. Persons named as suspects in a criminal investigation, or arrested and charged with a crime, have not been convicted of any criminal offense and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
