Dominecia K. Flournoy, 24, 300 block White Oak Dr., Minden: arrested Sept 18 by WPSO for speeding, on warrant from Minden PD. Bond set $650. 

Kenneth W. Gipson, 24, 100 block OakTree Lane, Minden: arrested Sept 18 by WPSO for driving under suspension, no break lights, on warrant.for no drivers license. Bond set $501.

LaJayden Harris, 19, 100 block Holoman St., Minden: arrested Sept. 18 by WPSO on warrant for simple criminal damage to property. Bond set $3,500. 

LaDarrien JaVontae Wallace, 38, 400 block South College St., Minden: arrested Sept. 19 by Minden PD for resisting with force or violence, on multiple bench warrants. Bond set $30,000 surety or $1,000 cash. 

Kyle Logan Young, 19, Cotton Valley: arrested  Sept. 20 by Cotton Valley PD for domestic abuse by strangulation. Bond set $10,000.
