BATON ROUGE – Louisiana Medicaid has made it easier and safer for its members to sign in to the Healthy Louisiana app and the Enrollment Center website. Members use the app and website located at https://www.myplan.healthy.la.gov/ to enroll in a health or dental plan, choose a primary care provider (PCP), and get directions to provider offices. Currently, members sign in by entering their personal information, like first and last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of their Social Security number each time. Soon, members will only have to enter an email address and password, protected by multi-factor authentication.

First, members will create an account from the login page and enter their personal information once with an email address, and create a password. After the member confirms their email address using the verification code Louisiana Medicaid will send to their email address, the member can sign in easily and safely.

Members can change their password or add a phone number anytime from the account settings.
