Dubach town clerk resigns, citing discourse

After only sixty days on the job, Dubach’s town clerk has resigned, citing “so much discourse . . . and frivolous requests daily” left it impossible for her to complete her duties.
Tatjana Marsh was hired by Mayor Mona Wilson and her salary was set by the Dubach Town Council at its August meeting. Marsh had asked for $22/hour to account for the lack of insurance coverage by the town but the accusations.council set her rate at $20/hour.
The resignation comes during a contentious election season in Dubach, where allegations, rumors, and heated exchanges on social media have contributed to growing tensions within the community. Amid the controversy, some residents have called for a return to civility and a greater emphasis on facts rather than speculation and personal accusations.
