Jeremy Smith, 37, 400 block Hwy. 797, Simsboro: arrested Oct. 29 by Minden PD for theft, obstruction of justice, possession of CDS Sch. I (synthetic marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set $3,750.

Jerrica D. Phillips, 34, 2800 block Charles Pathe Dr., Ryskin, Florida: arrested Oct. 30 by WPSO for no brake lights, possession of CDS Sch. II (Ecstasy).  Bond set $5,001.

Jimmy Fisher, 39, 100 block Robertson, Minden: arrested Oct. 30 by Minden PD for domestic abuse battery, bench warrant. Bond set $6,200 cash or $20,750 surety.

Ronald Eugene Garner, 54, 500 block Wilkinson St., Shreveport: arrested Oct. 31 by Minden PD for hit and run driving, driving while impaired. Bond set $2,000.
