Twila Star Robbins, 30, of Yucca Valley, Calif., was arrested by Louisiana State Police for manufacturing and distributing Marijuana, possession of a firearm with a controlled dangerous substance, possession of CDS IV, conspiracy to manufacture and distribute CDS and improper lane usage.
Anthony Lashaun Griffin, 40, of Yucca Valley, Calif., was arrested by LSP for manufacturing and distributing Marijuana, possession of a firearm with a controlled dangerous substance, possession of CDS IV, conspiracy to manufacture and distribute CDS, felon in possession of a firearm and a fugitive.
Billy Layfield, 42, of Ringgold, was arrested by WPSO for contempt of court.
Steven Drew Parker, 33, of the 100 block of Sugar Creek Rd., Minden, was arrested by WPSO for contempt of court.
