Nicholas Willis, 31, of Hwy. 79, Haynesville, was arrested by Louisiana State Police Troop G on two active warrants and resisting by false information, no seatbelt, window tint and no driver’s license.
Tommy DePaul Hawthorne, 54, was arrested by Cullen Police for second degree kidnapping.
November 10
Levi J. Conklin, 31, of Buckner, Ark., was arrested by Springhill Narcotics Division and charged with distribution of Methamphetamine and distribution in the presence of a juvenile. His bond is $50,000.
