According to Glenbrook Head of School Darden Gladney, Glenbrook School has formed an association with Minden Montessori to ensure that the Minden Montessori experience will be a viable educational option for the local community for years to come.
Minden Montessori of Glenbrook School will continue to be under the capable direction of Susan Hunter. With some of the business responsibilities of the school handled by Glenbrook,
Hunter will now be able to devote even more of her time to instructional activities.
Minden Montessori has played a critical role in the pre-K preparation of the community’s students since 1996.
“I am excited for the students of Minden Montessori,” Hunter said. “The alliance of Minden Montessori and Glenbrook School offers our students opportunities for academic success in the short and long term. I see this as a win-win situation for students, their families, and the staff.”
Minden Montessori of Glenbrook School will remain in the current Montessori school location on Germantown Road.
Effective immediately, students enrolled at Minden Montessori of Glenbrook School will be able to register for kindergarten during closed registration. For more information, call Susan Hunter at (318) 377-9722.
Enrollment for Minden Montessori of Glenbrook School will begin on Tuesday, March 28.
