The Minden Lions Club thanks the Hon. Jeff Cox, appellate judge for the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal, for speaking to the Lions on Thursday. Judge Cox spoke about how cases make it to the Court of Appeal, how the Court of Appeal protects and promotes the rule of law, and he shared personal stories from his time on the bench.
