Beginning at 9 a.m. until they’re all gone, Minden Lions will be selling their famous chicken charbroil meals Saturday (Sept. 23) in the parking lot at Walmart on Homer Rd./Hwy. 79.
No advance tickets are needed. Dinners consist of a half chicken, chips, brownie and roll, all for $10. Proceeds go to support local organizations such as Scouts, Boys and Girls State Programs and other local non-profit organizations.
