Chocolate Chip Santa Cookies are my new favorite Christmas cookie for 2023! They are festive with their pale color and made bright with sprinkles. Using a cake mix makes this easy peasy. I hope you enjoy them!

Ingredients:

• 1 box white cake mix
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons flour
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• ¾ cup chocolate chips (plus extra for pressing on top of cookies)
• Christmas sprinkles

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In mixing bowl combine cake mix, egg whites, flour and oil.  Mix well then fold in chocolate chips.

Use cookie scoop to scoop onto baking sheets.  Top with extra chocolate chips and sprinkles.  Bake 8-10 minutes.
