Sometime after 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, Webster Parish Superintendent of Schools Johnny Rowland confirmed the passing of Assistant Superintendent Kevin Washington. Washington was a long-time employee of the Webster Parish School system and a minister. More information will be published as it becomes available.
