Hope Creek Munitions had a great showing for their ribbon cutting, hosted by the Greater Minden Chamber, last Friday, March 7. 

This new business is a one-stop shop for rifles, handguns, shotguns, ammo, magazines and accessories.

Attendees were warmly welcomed by owner Jaxon Rowell, his family and friends. They had a chance to check out the merchandise and enjoy a hot fish plate while networking with fellow colleagues and business owners with a special appearance made by Hope Creek supporter, Minden Police Chief Jared McIver, who also blessed the food.

“I appreciate everyone showing their support here in Minden, helping us grow and everyone that has got us to this point,” said Rowell. “We are excited to bring something to Minden – a dedicated gun store with friendly, knowledgeable service. I think it is a good thing to add to Main Street and Minden in general.”

Hope Creek is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

They are currently conducting a raffle for a new .22 rifle with setup. For every $10 dollars spent, you get a ticket to win. The drawing will take place next month, stop by and see them at 717 Main Street in Minden.
