Acadiana Seafood opened their doors almost a year ago and has quickly become the hot spot in Minden when it comes to great customer service, entertainment and of course…seafood.
“Minden has really supported us very well. We strive to serve a good, quality meal for a good price. We are looking forward to serving the community more and more and getting more involved,” said owner Jeff Swilley.
They held their official ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, March 21. The Greater Minden Chamber board members and president Stephanie Barnette welcomed them as new members joining their business community and welcomed attendees to stay after the ceremony to participate in their newly popular “lunch mob.”
The Lunch Mob takes place at various restaurants in Minden that are members of the chamber and dually serves as a way to get a great meal, while networking and supporting a local business.
Acadiana is located at 12715 US-79 in Minden and serves a wide range of seafood options including catfish, crab legs, crawfish, and poboys with all the fixings.
