Andrew James Martin, 39-year-old white male, is wanted for allegedly stealing $30 worth of plumbing material from a local hardware store.

Martin was identified on surveillance camera by his distinguishing truck and early year 2000s chinstrap beard. Martin is known to hang out in the Heflin area.
