Local nonprofit organizations will be available for the second annual Webster Parish Community Resource Fair hosted by Women of Courage Louisiana.

The fair will be held Thursday, August 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Minden Civic Center, located at 520 Broadway Street.

Designed as a day of connection, support and empowerment, the event will give local nonprofit organizations an opportunity to share information about the services and resources they provide. Community members can visit with participating organizations, learn what assistance is available in the area and connect directly with groups serving Webster Parish.

The Community Resource Fair is free and open to the public.
