The local Love’s Travel Center is inviting the Minden community to enjoy a day of family-friendly activities while supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

“Fun in the Park” will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Victory Park, located at 718 Park Highway in Minden.

The event will feature food vendors, kickball, bounce houses, music and a fire truck tour. Admission is $5 per person, and all proceeds will benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals helps provide vital care and resources for children and their families. Through the fundraiser, Love’s hopes to bring the community together for a fun-filled day while making a meaningful difference in the lives of local children.

Community members are encouraged to mark their calendars, bring their families and join Love’s Travel Center in supporting the cause. Every ticket purchased will help further the organization’s mission of changing children’s health and changing the future.
