A 24-year-old Sarepta man is currently being held in the parish prison accused of sexual activity involving a juvenile, according to Webster Parish Sheriff Jason Parker.
Parker said Tristan Colter Davis was arrested Thursday for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile following an investigation into allegations involving a 13-year-old.
Maj. Bobby Igo III, head of the Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division, said Deputy John Sepulvado responded to a complaint at a Sarepta residence where statements from family and the victim accused Davis of the incident which reportedly occurred Tuesday, Sept. 8.
With the assistance of investigator Capt. Teresa Rogers, Davis was questioned at the Sheriff’s Office and reportedly gave statements implicating him in the alleged incident.
Davis is being held without bail at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.
