HELLO, SPRINGHILL 2ND DISTRICT!

My name is Reva Rice, and I’m asking for your vote to represent you on the Springhill City Council.

Our community deserves a voice, accountable leadership, and transparent government.

My husband and I chose Springhill as our home twelve years ago, and I still believe in this community. I see its challenges, but I also see its potential to become stronger, safer, more prosperous, and more united.

To get there, we need action and accountability. A thriving community requires safe neighborhoods, strong families, opportunity, and a government that listens.

Springhill must rebuild its foundation: water, sewer, streets, housing, infrastructure, and community values.

If elected, my priorities will be:

#1 — WATER & SEWER

Our water and sewer systems need attention, investment, and accountability.

#2 — HOUSING

We need safe, quality, affordable housing that helps families stay and grow here.

These are not just 2nd District issues—they are Springhill issues. When our city works together, every district benefits.

I will not make promises I cannot keep. I will tell you the truth, listen to you, work for you, and hold myself accountable.
