Casper loves people and likes to run around and play. He’s good with other dogs and likes to play with cats. Casper was taken on a cruelty call. He was on a porch in a 30 in kennel, no food and water, and all skin and bones.

He came into the shelter at only 16 lbs. Because of his situation and age, we don’t believe he will be a big dog. We think he will be a small pointer as an adult.

All animals at the shelter are always available to 501c3 group!
