In a press release, Allegiance Health Management announced a decision to divest four hospital properties – including Minden Medical Center.
Efforts to contact Allegiance Chief Operating Officer Scott Prouty with questions concerning the press release were unsuccessful. Those questions included:
- Was the decision to divest these properties made by Allegiance or the Louisiana Department of Health or the federal government?
