Early voting for the Nov. 3 election begins Tuesday, October 20, so local candidates have been wrapping up forums on the issues facing the Minden or Webster Parish area.

KASO/KBEF sponsored a forum Monday at Minden Community House where three Minden City Council District C candidates participated, as well as two District D candidates. Also three of four Minden Police Chief candidates answered submitted questions.
