A north Webster Parish man has been booked on multiple charges involving juveniles.

Joe F. Palmer, 57, of Springhill, is charged with 4 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles and 1 count of distribution of pornography involving juveniles.

According to Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office reports, Palmer was originally booked in August on probation violations. The additional charges are from evidence obtained with the warrant.
