The weather was beautiful, the music was great and the crowd was happy at the annual Germantown Bluegrass Festival Saturday at Minden Fairgrounds.
“We had about 250 total attend,” said coordinator Charlotte Jones.
Vendors supplied good food and crafts for purchase.
James Sandidge served as Master of Ceremonies. Mark Chreene ran the sound system. Sponsors included PETRO-CHEM, McInnis Insurance, Co., Minden Animal Clinic, b1 Bank and Webster Parish Convention and Visitors Commission.
Money raised will go to promote the Germantown Colony north of Minden.
