The David Raines Community Health Center of Minden held their ribbon cutting commemorating their grand re-opening on Thursday, March 20. 

This event also served as an open house where attendees were able to tour the completely remodeled building with vendor booths also set up handing out information on various health related topics, receive free wellness checks, enter raffles and enjoy music and refreshments.  

The David Raines Community Health Center of Minden is one of six locations across northwest Louisiana offering a wide range of services including family medicine, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health, WIC, patient pharmacy, school-based health and Medicaid enrollment.
