Webster Junior High School in Minden will be the scene at 6 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 22) for a Balloon Release in memory of Calisha Whiting. Organizers said balloon colors will be blue and white.

The 12-year-old Minden girl died last week in a house fire. Investigators with the Louisiana Office of the Fire Marshal have yet to release cause of the fire.
