City of Minden hosted four parishes Tuesday night in the annual District A Louisiana Municipal Association (LMA) meeting.

“We had a great turnout,” said Minden Mayor Nick Cox and Vice President of District A. “We counted 150 in attendance from 25 municipalities.”

Attendees included  Webster, Bossier, Caddo and DeSoto as well as leaders from the state and federal levels. 

LMA is a statewide member organization that advocates for all 306 members consisting of 127 villages, 111 towns, 66 cities and 2 parishes to strengthen community development; because we all call a village, town, or city “home.
